Job Description

1. *Market Research and Strategy Development:*
  - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  - Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance existing sales.

2. *Client Relationship Management:*
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
  - Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and inquiries.

3. *Sales and Revenue Generation:*
  - Achieve sales targets and increase revenue from export activities.
  - Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations.

4. *Regulatory Compliance:*
  - Ensure all export activities comply with local and international regulations and standards.
  - Stay updated on changes in export laws and trade policies.

5. *Collaboration and Communication:*
  - Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to coordinate export operations.
  - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding sales forecasts, order statuses, and shipping logistics.

6. *Reporting and Analysis:*
  - Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  - Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and improve strategies.

Job Requirements

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales or international business development.
- Strong understanding of export regulations and logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.

*Skills:*

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in dealing with international clients.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

*Working Conditions:*

- May require occasional travel to meet clients and attend trade shows.
