Job Description

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s product range—especially pipes and plastic solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals, while aligning with company pricing and margin strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams like production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
  • Achieving sales targets and reporting performance to management regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 10 years in sales in the plastics sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic piping systems (PPR, UPVC, HDPE) and their applications is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus for export roles.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
