Job Description
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.

- Negotiating contracts and closing deals, while aligning with company pricing and margin strategies.

- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- Achieving sales targets and reporting performance to management regularly.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 10 years in sales in the plastics sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic piping systems (PPR, UPVC, HDPE) and their applications is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus for export roles.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
