Job Description
- Process of export sales orders starting from receipt customer's inquiries till product is delivered to destination.
- Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with operations department the shipping schedules and vessel bookings.
- Assist in preparing export sales forecasts.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets as per sales forecast.
- Builds and maintain strong business relations with customers.
- Present analytical reports of sales operations on regular basis to the top management
Job Requirements
- Professional certificate in sales management is an asset.
- Professional experience in export sales operations and in customer relations management are required.
- Strong analytical & communication skills are must.
- Previous experience in either Sanitaryware or Ceramic tiles is preferred
- Strong fluency in both English is a must
- Strong literacy in Microsoft office
