Job Description
- Identify and target potential clients in industries that require comprehensive Asset and Facility Management Software
- Educate potential clients on how our software addresses specific industry challenges, such as Asset Life Cycle Management, Facility Management and Sustainability Management
- Maintain relationships with decision-makers in target markets to ensure entry into new markets and expansion within existing ones
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements, maintaining a clear focus on customer satisfaction and long-term account enhancement
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and manage negotiations to a successful close
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to our team’s and company’s strategic objectives
Job Requirements
- 7-10 Years’ Experience in IT Software Sales
- A proven track record in selling software solutions is a MUST
- Preferably have experience in selling Asset and Maintenance and Facility Management Software
- Preferably have experience in selling CAFM & CMMS
- A proven track record in selling Software to Banking and Real Estate Sector
- Deep familiarity with industry challenges and trends in the Asset And Facility Management Domain
- Proven experience in B2B sales in software
