Job Description
Recruitment Specialist - Responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates using various resources as, Social Media or Employee Referral, Ensure that the Organization hires & retain the Experienced workers while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Prepare Pipeline for all hospital positions in order to reduce the vacant days.
- Target outdoor recruiting channels for better recruiting selection to fill any open vacancies.
- Filling any new appeared open vacancies by posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contacting & interviewing the applying candidates.
- Conducting and handling interviews to select according to the required criteria.
- Apply fair and robust selection processes, ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
- Checking employment paper to be delivered to the payroll Section on the hiring date.
- Send offers to accepted candidates, negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation.
- Perform First Interviews, arrange second level and other levels interviews, and receive appropriate feedback.
- Responsible for the approval cycles of offers, renewal contracts, candidate transfer, and Manpower increasing.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and attitudes.
- Documenting the daily activities
- Data base management.
- Follow-up references and check credits.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure they are fully advised of processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
- Perform Exit Interviews, to obtain frank and honest feedback from the employee who is leaving
- Conducting orientation to the new comers regarding their department , colleges , BU directors
- Supporting role on solving the employees’ issues or problems and retaining the productive and unique employees.
- Review performance of related departments in coordination with organizational development team in order to analyze the current and futuristic needs and requirements related to recruitment process.
Work Conditions:
- Working days : Saturday to Thursday
- Working hours : 9 AM - 5 PM
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any Relevant field is a must.
- Max age : 30
- HR Certificate holder is preferred.
- Maadi Residents or nearby areas.
- At least 1 year Experience in Recruitment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Relationship building skills.
- Problem solving
- Strong MS Office skills
