Job Description
- Hire and train real estate agents
- Set goals and motivate your agents to surpass them
- Source new leads for your agents
- Provide support on complex sales
- Implement team-wide sales strategies
- Responsible for contracting with developers
- Responsible for closing deals and archiving required target
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
