Organization Development involves:

• Participating in HR department strategy and action plans that ensure compliance with corporate strategy.
• Updating hierarchy and job descriptions across all levels and conflict resolution.
• Updating “employee handbook” and “Policies & procedures manual”.
• Implement a Training plan (Training needs analysis, design, budget, Schedules, Evaluations).
• Implement Appraisal System (Review all staff monthly Records and probationary periods).
• Conduct Employee satisfaction survey.
• Implementing engagement strategy as per schedule and provide couching for employees if needed.
• Implementing succession plan and competency model.
• Handling New- Employee orientation and induction programs.
• Participate in Developing and implementing SOP’s and ERP System and Quality standards.

Human Resource Planning

Human Resource Planning involves:

• Well Implementation of Manpower plan and recruitment depends.
• Administrate the full life-cycle recruitment that meets the company’s culture & budget
• Preparing, Negotiating and finalizing “job offers” with the candidates.
