Job Description
- In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager with organizing all communication and correspondence documentation to facilitate project work
- Updating manpower position and work allocation reports daily as received from Site Engineers
- Corresponding on behalf of Project Manager with Main Contractor, Client, Consultant, and Sub-contractors
- Attending telephone calls from Head Office, Consultant, Main Contractor, and other project sites under Project Manager's control
- Maintaining staff attendance, daily reports, worker attendance, and personnel correspondence records
- Recording all bills and expenditures related to the project site
- Coordinating with Head Office for basic administrative and maintenance requirements for site
- Working with Document Controller for incoming and outgoing emails and documents upon approval from Project Manager
Job Requirements
- To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:
- Must have a University Degree in BA or related field
- Must have 5 - 7 years of experience working as a Document Controller / Secretary
- Experience working in an Engineering / Construction company is an advantage
- Must have 5- 7 years of experience working with MS office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, ect.
