We are seeking a ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Engineer to join our dynamic in-house design studio for a leading regional developer expanding operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on complex high-rise residential and hospitality developments, ensuring the design and coordination of all ELV systems are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and supervise the development of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Structured Cabling (Data/Voice), Building Management Systems (BMS), Intercom & SMATV Systems.
• Collaborate closely with architects, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems within the overall design.
• Review project requirements and prepare design documentation, technical specifications, schematics, and load calculations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards (NFPA, BS, IEC, etc.).
• Conduct design reviews, technical evaluations, and value engineering exercises.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and provide technical input.
• Support tendering processes and evaluation of ELV contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and support during construction and commissioning phases.
