Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed mechanical and plumbing designs for commercial and industrial buildings.
- Prepare load calculations, layouts, schematics, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, structure, electrical).
- Review and interpret project specifications and drawings.
- Support tendering process and technical submittals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP design (focus on mechanical HVAC and plumbing).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit MEP, and HVAC/plumbing design software.
- Familiarity with local codes and international standards (ASHRAE, IPC, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proven experience using CAD software; Revit, knowledge of BIM.
- Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
- Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
- Attention to detail
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
