Job Description
- Increasing sales and winning new business.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
- Adding opportunities to the CRM and updating the progress on daily bases
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Tracking account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and monthly forecasts).
- The sales model will be remotely by using cold calls to customers outside Egypt and targeted customer base.
- Developing the sales opportunity and moving it from lead till closing the deal.
- Able to travel every 6 months to KSA for visiting his customers and plan to close bigger deals with the team.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in selling company’s products including Microsoft/AWS cloud products, in addition to local hosting solutions.
- Microsoft licensing knowledge and experience is a must to have.
- Experience with similar companies will be a plus.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent command in English.
- Working knowledge in solutions selling.
- Good technical and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
