Job Description

  • Increasing sales and winning new business.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
  • Adding opportunities to the CRM and updating the progress on daily bases
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Tracking account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and monthly forecasts).
  • The sales model will be remotely by using cold calls to customers outside Egypt and targeted customer base.
  • Developing the sales opportunity and moving it from lead till closing the deal. 
  • Able to travel every 6 months to KSA for visiting his customers and plan to close bigger deals with the team.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in selling company’s products including Microsoft/AWS cloud products, in addition to local hosting solutions.
  • Microsoft licensing knowledge and experience is a must to have. 
  • Experience with similar companies will be a plus. 
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Working knowledge in solutions selling.
  • Good technical and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
