Job Responsibilities
 

  • Generating new leads and getting new customers.
  • Building positive long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Managing the customers' accounts including responding to their daily service requirements.
  • Responding to customers' inquiries in time and creating sales quotations.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Offering after-sales technical support.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly follow-up reports.
  • Work in accordance with the department's KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Projects Manager in formulating and building up proposal knowledge and customer business requirements.
  • Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients.
  • Investigating new technologies and third-party components and staying on top of technology to innovate new products and services.
  • Get involved in the requirements gathering process after we land the customer.
  • Achieve sales target.
  • Attending events, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to present the company’s objectives, products, and vision


 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in the Software industry.
  • Technical experience is preferred.
  • Proven presentation, interpersonal and sales skills.

-MUST have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Other languages are considered an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Should have experience in creating technical solutions across different industries using the Integration software portfolio
  • Solution Selling strategies and techniques
  • Time Management
  • High Attention to detail and quality
