Job Description
- Calling, chatting, and meeting with existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase the company's products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ needs and preferences.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company's products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
Job Requirements
- Grads Only.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales specialist.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexbility.
- Teamwork and motivational skills.
Work Conditions:
- 8 working hours: Males: 04:00 PM- 12:00 AM Females: 08:00 PM- 12:00 AM.
- 6 Working days.
- 1 day off.
