Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell the company’s range of curtains and upholstery fabrics.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics within specified timeframes.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve any issues or objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective telesales campaigns and strategies.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position the company’s products.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships.

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related customer service role.
