Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility is to make fresh outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products, generate interest, and convert leads into qualified prospects or direct sales.
Job Requirements
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to new potential customers.
Follow a prepared script or sales pitch to introduce the product/service.
Listen to customer needs and objections, and tailor your approach accordingly.
Generate qualified leads or close sales over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Follow up on previously contacted leads where needed.
Work closely with the sales or customer success team to ensure smooth handovers.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
