Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team.
- The primary responsibility is to make fresh outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products, generate interest, and convert leads into qualified prospects or direct sales.
Job Requirements
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to new potential customers.
- Follow a prepared script or sales pitch to introduce the product/service.
- Listen to customer needs and objections, and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Generate qualified leads or close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Follow up on previously contacted leads where needed.
- Work closely with the sales or customer success team to ensure smooth handovers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
