Remote Cold Caller – Residential Real Estate (Egypt-Based)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Salary: EGP 8,000–12,000/month + EGP 2,500 bonus per listing

About the Role

We're a U.S.-based residential real estate company seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team remotely from Egypt. You'll be calling homeowners in Metro Atlanta, primarily working with expired listings and absentee owners, to identify their intent to sell and set appointments for our lead agent.

This is a performance-driven role with clear bonuses for results and full training provided.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls using RedX (and potentially Mojo Dialer)

Engage homeowners to determine:

If they want to sell

Their selling timeline

Their interest in speaking with our agent

Set qualified listing appointments

Log call notes and update lead statuses in the system

Follow provided scripts and attend training sessions

Requirements

Telesales experience required (real estate is a plus but not required)

Excellent spoken English with neutral to no accent

Voice recording required to be considered

Fast and reliable internet connection

Quiet work environment and USB headset

Ability to work U.S. Eastern hours (8 AM–4 PM EST)

Compensation

EGP 8,000–12,000/month salary (based on experience)

EGP 2,500 bonus per listing generated from your lead
