Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager with a strong background in marketing or advertising agencies and proven experience working with clients in the Gulf region, especially Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic client accounts, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned key clients, especially those in the Gulf (KSA, UAE, etc.), ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning: Understand clients' business goals and market dynamics to propose effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, media, and digital teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead cross-selling or upselling initiatives.
Regional Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Saudi Arabian market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances to drive campaign success.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on account performance, campaign KPIs, and client feedback to continuously optimize service delivery.
Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to translate client needs into actionable project plans.
