Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base within the printing services sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and product development opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the printing services or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events as needed.
