Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new export markets and business opportunities in assigned regions
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients through strategic sales initiatives
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to international clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with overseas customers and distributors
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing international clients to maximize account growth
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in target markets
- Analyze customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns in different geographical regions
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in international markets
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports and sales forecasts for management review
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned international accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to overseas clients
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular client visits and participate in international trade shows and exhibitions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or B2B sales
- Previous experience in the relevant industry sector preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets
