Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of F&B Industry, a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share and brand recognition.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print advertising, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital assets that effectively communicate product benefits and applications.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and maintain brand integrity in all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to develop effective marketing materials and promotional strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
