Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for our F&B business.
- Create compelling and creative content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the F&B industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent brand presence across social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media platforms, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or Media Buyer, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with F&B industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics is a plus.
