Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Emessa denim factory. With over 1500 employees, our factory is renowned for its commitment to quality denim production for exportation. As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive work culture
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring, training and development needs
- Oversee the handling of employee grievances or disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism
- Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and employee data, and generate reports as needed
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvements to enhance HR processes
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in manufacturing
- Tertiary education or certification in HR is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian laws such as labor and social security laws and regulations
- Understanding of government medical insurance regulations
- Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
