Job Description – Sales Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join, a leading European Car import company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the automotive sector, and the ability to inspire, guide, and drive a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team results.
Support the team in closing deals, handling objections, and building strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and seamless customer experience.
Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying training needs and implementing best sales practices.
Requirements:
5–8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong background in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic and/or German is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong background in automotive sales or high-value B2C products is highly preferred.

Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience in setting, tracking, and achieving KPIs and sales targets.
