Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the hospitality sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, and distributors both locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales tactics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the textile or hospitality industry.
  • Have a car is A MUST 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
