Job Description

We are looking for a motivated sales professional with real estate experience to join our acquisitions team. If you have a background in real estate sales, wholesaling, or acquisitions and enjoy building relationships and closing deals, this is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Call property owners who want to sell – leads provided
  • Negotiate and secure contracts for off-market properties
  • Analyze property values, market trends, and contract terms
  • Manage leads and follow-ups using our REsimpli CRM
  • Work within a proven system to maximize conversions

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous real estate sales, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience required
  • Fluent native-level English communication skills with minimal to no accent
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confident communicator who can handle objections
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions with a track record of successfully getting contracts signed. (Note: This role goes beyond simple cold calling — we need someone who knows how to close deals.)

Job Requirements:

  • Private workspace
  • Dual Monitors
  • High-Speed Internet - 50 Mbps Download + 20 MBps Upload
  • Wired connection (Ethernet) preferred
  • Noise Reduction Headset with Microphone



Performance Expectations:

  • 100 contacts per day
  • 5 offers per day
  • 3 hours of talk time per day minimum
  • 1 contract per week

     

Compensation:

  • Salary + Commission = $20,000 - $40,000+ (unlimited earning potential!)
  • Weekly, Bi-weekly payments (depending on client’s preference)
  • 45 hrs/week
  • Quarterly Incentive Commission
