Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Manager to identify new opportunities and trends in international markets and oversee our international shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of export regulations, logistics, and market trends, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement export strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, logistics, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in international markets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create tailored export solutions for clients.
• Monitor and analyze export performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with international clients and partners.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on export procedures and compliance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on export activities and performance.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in export management or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
