About the Job
  • Dedicated Human Resources Generalist and main point of contact for associates and managers under scope.

Responsibilities but (not limited) for:

  • HR administration including leave management, social security forms and registrations…
  • Payroll cycle according to the internal process
  • Recruitment process in alignment with the workforce planning and business strategy
  • Balanced salary structure which is bench-marked with the external market
  • On-boarding and HR induction for new hires
  • HR-business partnering
  • Following up and conducting performance management with associates and managers
  • Supporting associates and managers in setting up and implementation of learning plans
  • Attending, coordinating, organizing relevant HR events, job fairs. 
Job Requirements
  • Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management is required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and Egyptian labor law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Organized, structured and able to multitask
