About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customers requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services.
Job Requirements
  • Suitable Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 years of experience in a similar position ( real estate field).
