Job Description
We are looking for sales executives with minimum of 5 years of practical experience in real estate and/or agricultural projects with the following responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients by phone calls, WhatsApp chat, Messenger, etc. and convert them into actual customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Understanding customer needs to be able to provide feedback for business development and marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects by providing information, support and guidance.
- Attend and be part of our periodical events, exhibitions, and other outdoor sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Real practical experience and proven record of success as a sales executive in similar markets for a minimum of 5 years.
- Sales and negotiation skills is a must.
- Strong knowledge of using CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience in Selling Real Estate, Advertising, Media, or Insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Digital & Online Market knowledge is preferred.
