Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

Job Requirements
Experience in the following Areas: [ Zayed & October- North coast -]
- Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- Consulting and Sales skills
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry
- Experience in property sales
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills - A bachelor's degree is a must
- Must be a Giza resident, preferably October and Zayed.
