Job Description
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in cosmetics/detergents.
- Process online orders, track shipments, and handle customer inquiries/complaints.
- Implement promotions/discounts to boost sales and improve conversion rates.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and shopping experience.
- Generate sales reports, analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, ROI), and suggest improvements.
- Track platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or detergents.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Jumia, noon, etc).
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics) and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
