Job Description
- Coordinate the schedule of board meetings, committee meetings, and general assemblies.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials (agenda, attachments, minutes, and resolutions).
- Follow up on the implementation of board decisions in coordination with relevant departments.
- Liaise with legal or external parties regarding official documents related to general meetings (announcements, invitations, notarized minutes).
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of all official documents and correspondence securely and systematically.
- Arrange logistics for board members (travel, accommodation, meetings).
- Respond to inquiries directed to the board and prepare official correspondence.
- Coordinate between board members and executive management to ensure smooth information flow.
- Prepare periodic reports on office activities as requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an executive or high-level administrative environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
