Job Description

  • Coordinate the schedule of board meetings, committee meetings, and general assemblies.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials (agenda, attachments, minutes, and resolutions).
  • Follow up on the implementation of board decisions in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Liaise with legal or external parties regarding official documents related to general meetings (announcements, invitations, notarized minutes).
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of all official documents and correspondence securely and systematically.
  • Arrange logistics for board members (travel, accommodation, meetings).
  • Respond to inquiries directed to the board and prepare official correspondence.
  • Coordinate between board members and executive management to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Prepare periodic reports on office activities as requested.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an executive or high-level administrative environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
