Job Description
- Follow up the induction training for the new employees& follow up training attendance and training results.
- Support and follow up the Internal and External training, prepare trainings' records and follow up training results
- Assist in preparing training plan, collecting training need assessments for each department to design the annual training plan for all sites
- Communicate with training centers, get the approvals and complete reservation process.
- Assist in implementation of the training plan to all departments in site .
- Assist in Recruitment Process if needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Pharmaceutical background is preferable
- Experience in the same position 2 years at least .
- Good Communications skills &Time management Skills
- Good Awareness of Human Resources Management Specially Training Section.
