Job Description
- Receive project documents from the approvals officer.
- Request quotations and prepare a bid evaluation committee.
- Submit technical offers and samples for technical review and approval.
- Review warehouse balances and create a transfer order.
- Create a supply order according to the needs request and the approved bid evaluation committee.
- Follow up on the supply of materials.
- Receive a cash pledge fund for cash purchases.
- Receive checks for immediate delivery if applicable.
- Prepare a weekly report on the status of needs requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- +5 years of experience in Electromechanical Purchasing.
- Construction experience is a MUST.
- Strong network and ability to connect with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience with ERP systems is preferred.
