About the Job
We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
- Lead generation: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Follow up with different customer teams like marketing/technical to close the deal.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

The ideal candidate must have experience in software selling using offline and online channels like: linked in, networking events, exhibitions, etc.
- Proven inside sales experience
- Background in software industry
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience in cold emailing and Linked in prospecting
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Pipe drive or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree.
