Job Description
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Provide onsite and remote help desk support to end users.
- Diagnoses and resolves end-user software, hardware, Network printer, e-mail, internet problems.
- Track, update, and maintain help desk tickets using the incident management tool
- Delivers, tags, set up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop / laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Diploma in computer science, engineering or equivalent required.
- 2 to 4 years relevant experience.
- MCSA windows 10, A+, CCNA.
- Excellent command of English language (Mandatory).
- Awareness about IT desktop hardware, software, networks and peripherals.
- Previous experience in the End user support.
- Vendor coordination for the IT implementation projects.
- Network experience with the LAN cabling and testing.
- Alexandria residents only.
