About the Job
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide onsite and remote help desk support to end users.
  • Diagnoses and resolves end-user software, hardware, Network printer, e-mail, internet problems.
  • Track, update, and maintain help desk tickets using the incident management tool
  • Delivers, tags, set up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop / laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor/Diploma in computer science, engineering or equivalent required.
  • 2 to 4 years relevant experience.
  • MCSA windows 10, A+, CCNA.
  • Excellent command of English language (Mandatory).
  • Awareness about IT desktop hardware, software, networks and peripherals.
  • Previous experience in the End user support.
  • Vendor coordination for the IT implementation projects.
  • Network experience with the LAN cabling and testing.
  • Alexandria residents only.
