Job Description
- Selling Company’s service “Import & Export Freight forwarding, customs clearance, Air Freight, Warehousing ………ETC.” through offering compatible rates and efficient service to our customers to maintain and increase our profitability and market share
- Collect and analyze information about the market and the competitors to ensure that our company is offering a competitive price in accordance to others and to identify improvements or recommend new Service needed
- Implement the sales monthly plan through:
- Targeting potential customers by Initiating sales activities over the phone, arranging sales visits for new business opportunities and presenting our service.
- Maintain relationships with our current customers through handling questions, inquiries, and complaints and introduce our new service ……ETC.
- Follow up with the financial department the invoiced operation to ensure cash collection is paid on the due dates and to accelerate the payments process with customers if needed
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company when needed
- Receive booking from clients, advise the client with the price, follow up the shipment process with both the operation, documentation department until the arrival of the shipment to its destination
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales “preferred in the same industry- Mainly FCL ”
- Very Good English Language
- Great command of MS Office and Internet Serving
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
- Knowledge of principles and processes of CRM “ Customer Relationship Management”
