About the Job
  • Follow up daily HR functions for the agricultural sector with the HR team
  • Follow up daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine & attendance cards"
  • Follow up every transaction on the attendance system Provide periodic reports about employee’s regularity and review employees' vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave …etc.
  • Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
  • Preparing Form no. 1 & no. 6 for employees
  • Receive & Review Hiring documents for all new hiring candidates
  • Preparing contracts for employees
  • Preparing monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick … ETC.)
  • Location: Alwahat, 21 working days, full accommodation, meals, and transportation from and to October City to Alwahat.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Very Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
