Job Description
- Study market demand, developing sales strategies, and maximizing profit in compliance with the organization's marketing and operating strategies.
- Identify the ideal customers.
- Identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement B2B and B2C sales plans.
- Carry out sales analysis.
- Develop a business plan to cover sales, revenue, and expense control.
- Manage quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives
- Select and training the sales team.
- Identify sales targets with the team members.
- Track sales goals and reporting results on a regular basis.
- Deliver feedback reports.
- Protect the confidentiality of the brand.
- Responsible for sales target management and force management.
- Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 7 years of successful experience in FMCG field including a minimum of 3 years in soaps, detergents, and disinfectants field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
