Job Description

  • Study market demand, developing sales strategies, and maximizing profit in compliance with the organization's marketing and operating strategies.
  • Identify the ideal customers.
  • Identify potential opportunities.
  • Develop and implement B2B and B2C sales plans.
  • Carry out sales analysis.
  • Develop a business plan to cover sales, revenue, and expense control.
  • Manage quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives
  • Select and training the sales team.
  • Identify sales targets with the team members.
  • Track sales goals and reporting results on a regular basis.
  • Deliver feedback reports.
  • Protect the confidentiality of the brand.
  • Responsible for sales target management and force management.
  • Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.
  • Promote the products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of successful experience in FMCG field including a minimum of 3 years in soaps, detergents, and disinfectants field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong planning and analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
