Job Description
- Responsible for passing of RLM opportunities to Business Partners
- Select appropriate BP depending on agreed criteria, e.g skills, appetite etc
- Follow up with DDR to ensure warm passing involving BP/Client/DDR
- Progression of BP assigned RLM opportunities
- Feedback on quality of RLM opportunities to DDR Team Leader
- Feedback on BP progression/appetite and make recommendations on BP optimization
- Feedback on marketing campaign to Digital Marketing Leader
- Collaboration with local Systems Channel Leaders (SPRs)
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Systems product portfolio
- Understand Route to Market structures
- Efficient in building relationship across different functions (Digital, Sales, Marketing)
- Strong communication skills
- Resourceful, able to find answers to questions without easy answers
- Experience working in a matrix structure & has strong influence skills
- Self-motivated, capable to spot the gap and design the solution
