Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
  • Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

Job Requirements

  • Previous work experience in the HR Department in a reputable organization.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR Management
  • Knowledge of Business principles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Preferably those who live near Nasr City, The Fifth Settlement, The First Settlement
