Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
- Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Job Requirements
- Previous work experience in the HR Department in a reputable organization.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR Management
- Knowledge of Business principles
- Strong communication skills
- Preferably those who live near Nasr City, The Fifth Settlement, The First Settlement
