Job Description

  • Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Train sales team in marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Establish pricing strategy to improve product sales.
  • Define product delivery date for customers after analyzing company production and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis.
  • Participate in trade associations and industry conferences to promote company products.
  • Negotiate with customers regarding product pricing.
  • Provide support and guidance to sales team as needed.
  • Coordinate with other sales specialists to develop sales solutions for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management and sales team to develop successful sales techniques.
  • Develop new ideas to retain existing customers.
  • Contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
  • Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns, materials and events to promote company products.

Job Requirements

  • Three to five years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
  • A record of achievement in the Account Manager position.
  • Product certification or equivalent technical credential.
