- Managing Key Account Clients Performance (Mainly Hyper Markets Such as Carrefour, Hyper One, Spinneys, LULU Egypt Air Duty-Free shops, fashion Department Stores, etc.
- Managing Sales Promotors and Train Them on the products
- Following Up with marketing to prepare in-store activities
- Following up with the sales team to achieve the sales targets
- Opening New accounts with traditional and untraditional channels
- Visiting Clients continuously for promoting new items or offers
- Follow up clients’ orders and account payments after the sale
- Monitors competitors by gathering current market information
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Attending national/regional trade-shows, sales meetings, and relevant company events.
- Scheduling seasonal product showings and meeting deadlines
