Job Description
- Create a good relationship along with clients
- Forecasting and Reporting to the direct manager
- Approaching the clients through daily field visits and cooled calls
- Reflect the company image and deliver its message in ethics effective channels
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Has the ability to handle clients and responsible to meet and deal with new leads.
- 2 years of agency experience at least.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, and tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- Presentable, and have good communication & negotiation skills
