Job Description
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Search for suitable candidates with required qualifications through different recruitment sources
- Selecting candidates according to the required criteria
- Scan resumes
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Supervise the process of testing new candidates
Job Requirements
- Suitable University Degree
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Experience in Hiring blue collar & white collar is a must
- Negotiation Skills
