Job Description
Main Purpose:
Responsible for developing and executing against the talent acquisition strategy with a primary focus on the management of full life cycle recruiting for professional-level roles. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will handle open positions, employ progressive, no-fee practices to target and attract ideal external candidates where necessary, convey PepsiCo’s employment value proposition to both internal and external applicants and provide a best-in-class candidate and client experience.
Accountabilities:
- Make full use of market insights, partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a best in class recruitment service for internal and external requirements across Sales function.
- Develop tailored recruitment and pipelining strategies, utilizing a range of sourcing methods to engage with the best possible talent for both immediate and future requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including; holding thorough role briefings and creating engaging adverts, screening and shortlisting candidates, supporting and advising on assessments, and full offer management.
- Deliver a best in class experience to all candidates, ensuring clarity on all process steps from application to offer, and effectively conveying PepsiCo’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure a timely recruitment process.
- Manage agreed external agencies and suppliers, holding commercial discussions as required.
- Ensure full compliance with TA process and best practice system use.
- Coach Hiring Managers and deliver regular Recruitment Skills Training.
- Work with key stakeholders to input into function-wide attraction strategies
- Support in employer branding/campus activities.
- Support in hiring activities in other functions when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- 4 years of experience with prior recruitment experience. FMCG background is a plus.
- Ideally experience of recruiting for Commercial or Supporting functions.
- Full life cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience of using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of business functions and a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Excellent influential and communication skills
