Job Description
- Manage teams working on and supporting key employee life cycle processes including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, data & leave management, benefits administration, payroll support and exits.
- Ensure appropriate team coverage, scheduling, monitoring and reporting upon key SLAs and KPIs.
- Deal with escalations from stakeholders and / or other parts of the shared services function to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Carry out regular audits and checks to ensure ongoing accuracy and processing diligence of direct team and those in the wider HR team.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders (in the wider HR team), regional and global peers.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees and stakeholders to explain / resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, ticketing system, phone and chat / instant messaging.
- Actively seek customer feedback to improve levels of service.
- Driven to lead and manage continuous process improvements
- Deliver against key hub level as well as organization wide projects.
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR administration/HR shared services environment out of which atleast 1 year should be with leading a team.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with a remote employee base.
- Ideally candidate should have experience in managing compliance related operations, ability to audit and maintain high quality standards with strong attention to details.
- Good analytical skills and data driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
- Experience with managing / leading HR administrative teams
- Middle east experience within HR function
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with working in global organization and supporting multiple regions
