Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialists who’s ready to help us scale from 60 to 100 people! As the Recruitment Lead at 360imaging you will be responsible for finding and attracting the top talent in the Market. You will be responsible for all the recruitment process: from leading the recruitment process, from sourcing to offering.
In this role, your day will look something like this:
- Find and acquire top talents.
- Establish the recruitment process.
- Get a clear understanding of what profiles our departments need and where to find such talent (online and offline).
- Identify different channels to hire future top talents for your vacancies.
- Be a true ambassador of Employer Branding.
- Advise the business on talent acquisition strategies in order to facilitate the growth of our world-class Technology Department.
- Build retention and motivation strategies within our company.
- Plan and perform all kind of reviews for employees.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience preferably in a software company
- Expert understanding of employment law, compensation, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and training
- Experience creating relevant and meaningful employee programs, reviews, and feedback loops
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement people strategy that drives business results
- Good listener with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability and willingness to provide feedback
- Systems and process-thinker who loves creating order out of chaos
- Team player who understands we succeed by working together and supporting each other
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
