Job Description
- maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support for branch operations, including installation and configuration of application systems, maintenance of devices and equipment, and oversight of network operations.
- Coordinate with Human Resources and Systems Department for employee onboarding, system access, and antivirus deployment.
- Ensure the functionality and security of branch networks, resolve faults, and collaborate with the HQ for uninterrupted workflow.
- Assist in equipping new branches with necessary devices, equipment, and network infrastructure according to the branch opening plan.
Job Requirements
- University degree in information systems or information technology.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
